Privacy Policy

The purpose of this document (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) is to notify users of the information capable of identifying them (hereinafter “Personal Data”) that is collected via the website https://www.albasarda.com/ (hereinafter the “Application”).
The Data Controller indicated below may modify or simply update the whole or a part of this document by informing users of the change. The modifications and updates shall be binding as soon as they are published in the Application. Users are therefore invited to read the Privacy Policy every time they access the Application.

Personal Data collected by the Application

The Controller collects the following types of Personal Data:
1. Data and content acquired automatically when the Application is used:
• Technical data: The information systems and software procedures used to make the Application work may acquire some Personal Data that is automatically transmitted when using internet communication protocols. These data are not collected for the purpose of associating them with identified users but, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified if they are processed and associated with data held by third parties. They include IP addresses, the dominion names used by users when accessing the Application, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, etc.
2.  Personal Data collected by means of cookies or similar technologies:
No use is made of cookies to transmit personal information or any type of permanent cookie or user tracking system. Consequently, the Application does not acquire users’ Personal Data by means of these technologies.
The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently by a user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of the session identifiers (server-generated random numbers) that are necessary to allow the secure and efficient exploration of the Application.
3. The session cookies used in the Application do not allow the acquisition of Personal Data identifying the user and avoid the need to use other techniques that could jeopardise navigational privacy.

If needed, these may be nominated Processors by the Controller, have access to Personal Data whenever necessary, and will be contractually required to keep the Personal Data confidential.

The processing of users’ Personal Data is founded on the following legal bases:

4 the processing is necessary for the execution of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers vested in the Controller;
5 the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party;
6 the processing is necessary for the pursuit of a vital interest of the Controller or a third party.

Personal Data are processed at the operational sites of the Controller and in any other place in which the parties involved in the processing are located. Security measures

Processing is carried out using methods and equipment that ensure the security and confidential nature of Personal Data insofar as the Controller has adopted technical and organisational measures that guarantee, and make it possible to demonstrate, that it is done in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Duration of data storage

Personal Data are kept for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.
In particular, the data will be kept throughout the duration of the contractual relationship in order to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations inherent in and consequent to the contract itself, the respect of legal obligations, and the defence of the rights of the contracting parties or third parties.
In the case that the processing of Personal Data is based on the consent of the user, the Controller may conserve them until such consent is withdrawn.
The Personal Data may be kept for a longer period if this is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or required by an appropriate authority.
All of the Personal Data will be erased or stored in a manner that does not allow the user to be identified within 30 days of the end of the storage period. Upon the expiry of such term, the rights of data access, erasure and rectification, and the right to Personal Data portability, may no longer be exercised.

Automated decision-making processes

None of the collected Personal Data will be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, that may have legal effects on or significantly affect the person concerned.

7 to receive their Personal Data or have them transferred to another controller;
8 to lodge a complaint with the authority responsible for controlling the protection of Personal Data and/or take legal action.
Users can exercise their rights by sending a request to the Data Controller at the address indicated below. Requests are free of charge and processed by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days.
